Mission Statement: Parentathon is a new non-profit 501(c)(3) charity dedicated to bringing equality to a broken system, prioritizing “children first”! We believe in equal rights for fathers and mothers within the court system. Healthy parents rear healthy children!
Manifesto: We will be the salt that preserves what is good and we will be the light that will shine into the darkness of divorce and exposes that which is evil! Whole and healthy parents are crucial for the well-being of our children. Parentathon aims to protect parents and children from a system that often disparages and hurts them emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and financially. Equality comes with equal access and resources. This is not to ignore the fact that abuse does happen. When false claims are brought against one parent by another they should be prosecuted because they are now the abuser; thus, all abuse is now prosecuted.
Love Never Fails – “Amor Aeternus”

Challenging the Status Quo: Unlike other not-for-profit corporations that often support only one parent, Parentathon stands for the equal support of both parents. We believe that such one-sided support contributes to fatherless homes and negatively impacts society.

Advocating for Private Mediation: We believe that all divorces, custody arrangements and support agreements should be done in private mediation, minimizing the negative emotional and financial impact on families. The current legal industry’s focus is on increasing billable hours. Apposing attorneys take on collusive rolls like a dance and or a tit-for-tat encouraging battles so as to promote more billable hours. The larger the battles the larger the payday! Financially and emotionally this hurts parents and ultimately their children! We want to shift towards protecting parents and their children by promoting mediation when ever possible.
Ending Abuse – Both Systemic and Interpersonal: Parentathon condemns all forms of abuse. Systemic abuse within the court system is just as harmful as interpersonal abuse. We aim to stop this behavior for the sake of parents and children.
Gender-Neutral Language: In our commitment to equality, we question whether eliminating gender-specific terms like “Mother” and “Father” in favor of “Parent” would promote equality and benefit children’s best interests.
Equal Representation for Men & Women: Parentathon advocates for equal representation under the law, ensuring both sides receive fair access to the court.
Challenging Unfair Practices: We challenge practices that violate equal rights under the law, such as subsidizing “Women’s Groups” based on false abuse claims. This creates unequal access to the court and is a violation of basic rights.
